NGL, lil sad it's not Ultemecia with all the ways they could've easily written her in here with how they were speaking in the story. The music, the draw system, the fact Gaia said "time, it will not wait" at some point... Feels like the writers got lazier toward the end with Ryne becoming Shiva and Gaia becoming this.
